Stress interferes with our lives and can increase the risk of developing serious health problems, such as heart disease – the leading cause of death in the United States. Mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) are isolating and can make a severe impact on our mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Unfortunately, the stigma of mental health prevents many from seeking help.

Water and oxygen are not only essential to our survival, but also help to improve mood, lessen symptoms of anxiety and depression, and restore physical health.
